Kleos Staff

Kleos Children's Community staff are dedicated to rescuing and restoring at-risk children by applying liberal doses of love, patience, training, limits, discipline, education and experience to the lives of hurting kids. From the director to the teachers, Houseparents, office staff and maintenance crew, we are united in cause to help, love and bless the children entrusted to our care.

All of the staff members at Kleos Children’s Community are "missionaries". This often requires staff members to work more than a 40 hour week and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff members have general job descriptions but are often needed to help out the community in ways that are not specifically in their job descriptions. There are also many great amenities for being on staff at Kleos Children's Community. Our directors strive to make sure all staff are taken care of & treated fairly.
